Terms & Conditions

Hey there! Welcome to the Terms & Conditions for Themespanda.com. We’re super glad you’re using our FREE tools to make your web projects shine. This page lays out the rules for using our site, so everyone’s on the same page. We’ve kept it as clear and friendly as possible, but it’s still a legal thing, so grab a snack and let’s dive in. By using our site, you’re agreeing to these terms, so give them a read!

1. Who We Are

We’re Themespanda, a platform packed with over 30 free tools to help you with web design and development. From whipping up cool CSS animations to cleaning up HTML code, we’re here to make your life EASIER. Our site’s got that coral-and-white vibe (you know, that FF6F61 pop), and we’re all about keeping things simple and fun. These terms apply to anyone using our site, whether you’re a coder, blogger, or just curious. Our tools, like the CSS Clip-Path Generator or WordPress Slug Generator, are free for you to use, but we’ve got some ground rules to keep things fair and safe for everyone. If you’ve got questions about who we are, check out our About Us page for the full scoop!

2. How to Use Our Site

You’re welcome to use Themespanda.com and our tools for your personal or commercial projects—yep, they’re totally free! But there are a few things we ask you to keep in mind. First, use our tools for GOOD stuff. That means no illegal activities, like hacking or spamming, and no using our tools to harm others or their websites. We trust you to play nice! When you use our site, you’re responsible for what you do with our tools. For example, if you use our Tailwind Alert Box Creator to build an alert for your site, that’s awesome—but make sure it’s not misleading or harmful to your users. We also ask that you don’t try to reverse-engineer our tools or mess with our site’s code. Just enjoy the tools as they are, and we’re all good. Oh, and you need to be at least 13 years old to use our site. If you’re younger, grab a parent or guardian to check it out with you. We want everyone to have a SAFE and fun experience here.

3. Our Tools and Services

We’ve got a bunch of tools to help you with web design and development, split into five categories: CSS & Animation Tools (our most popular!), WordPress Tools, HTML & Layout Tools, Tailwind CSS Tools, and Design & Testing Tools. These include fan-favorites like the CSS Animation Time Visualizer and HTML Tag Cleaner. They’re designed to make tasks like creating shapes, optimizing slugs, or testing dark mode a breeze. Our tools are provided “as is,” which means we’ve done our best to make them awesome, but they might not be perfect for every situation. We’re always tweaking and improving, but if something doesn’t work exactly how you expected, let us know, and we’ll try to help. You can use our tools for anything from personal blogs to client sites, but you’re responsible for making sure the output (like a CSS class or an ALT text description) fits your needs. We don’t guarantee that our tools will always be available 24/7—sometimes servers need a nap, or we’re updating things. But we’ll do our best to keep Themespanda up and running so you can keep creating.

4. Intellectual Property

Everything on Themespanda.com—like our logo, site design, and the tools themselves—is ours or licensed to us. That means you can use our tools to CREATE stuff, but you can’t copy our site, tools, or content and claim them as your own. For example, you can use the CSS Z-Index Visualizer to build a cool layout, but you can’t take our tool’s code and sell it as your own product. That’s just not cool. When you use our tools, anything you create with them (like a clip-path shape or a sorted Tailwind class list) is yours to use however you want. We don’t claim ownership over your work—go wild with it! But if you share something you made with our tools, we’d love a shout-out (totally optional, but it makes us smile). If you think someone’s ripping off our content or using it in a shady way, drop us a line. We’ll check it out and take action if needed. Same goes if you think we’re accidentally using something we shouldn’t—let us know, and we’ll fix it.

5. Your Content and Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions (like “you should make a font pairing tool!”), we LOVE hearing from you. By sharing, you’re giving us permission to use those ideas to improve Themespanda. We might not be able to reply to every message, but we read them all and appreciate your input. If you submit anything to our site—like comments or emails—make sure it’s YOURS to share. Don’t send us copyrighted stuff or anything illegal. We reserve the right to remove any content that’s inappropriate, like spam or hate speech, to keep our community friendly and safe. We don’t currently have a public forum or user-generated content section, but if we add one in the future, these rules will apply there too. For now, just know we’re all about keeping Themespanda a positive space for everyone.

6. Privacy and Data

We care about your privacy—seriously! When you use Themespanda, we might collect some basic info, like your IP address or how you’re using our tools, to help us improve the site. We don’t collect personal stuff like your name or email unless you choose to share it (like if you contact us). Check out our Privacy Policy for the full details on how we handle your data. Our tools, like the Fluffy Word Counter or Color Vibe Detector, don’t store the content you input unless it’s needed to make the tool work (and even then, it’s temporary). We don’t sell your data or share it with sketchy third parties. If we use cookies or analytics (like Google Analytics), it’s just to see how our site’s performing, not to stalk you. You can opt out of cookies if you want—most browsers let you do that. If you’ve got questions about your data or want us to delete something, reach out through our contact page. We’ll do our best to sort it out QUICKLY.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

We’re proud of our tools, but they’re not perfect (nobody’s is!). We provide them “as is,” which means we can’t guarantee they’ll work flawlessly for every project or device. For example, if you use our Page Load Time Estimator and it gives you an estimate that’s a bit off, we’re not liable for any issues that come up. You’re responsible for double-checking the output of our tools to make sure it’s right for your needs. We also can’t be held responsible for any problems caused by using our site, like if your computer crashes or you lose data (though we really hope that doesn’t happen!). Use our tools at your own risk, and always back up your work. We’re here to help, but we can’t cover losses or damages from using our site or tools. In legal speak, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law. That means if something goes wrong, we’re not on the hook for big bucks. We’re a small team trying to do GOOD, so we hope you understand.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Sometimes, our site might link to other websites or services, like a blog post about web design or a tool we recommend. These links are for your convenience, but we don’t control those sites, so we’re not responsible for what’s on them. If you click a link and end up somewhere weird, that’s not on us—use your best judgment! Some of our tools might work with third-party platforms, like WordPress or Tailwind CSS. While we test our tools to play nice with these platforms, we can’t guarantee they’ll always work perfectly since we don’t control those services. For example, if WordPress updates and our WordPress Meta Title Checker needs a tweak, we’ll do our best to fix it fast. If you notice a broken link or a third-party service acting up, let us know, and we’ll check it out. We want your experience to be SMOOTH.

9. Changes to These Terms

The web moves fast, and sometimes we need to update our Terms & Conditions to keep up. If we make changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom. We’ll try to give you a heads-up if it’s a big change, like through a notice on our site or an email if you’ve subscribed to our updates. By continuing to use Themespanda after changes are posted, you’re agreeing to the new terms. If you don’t like the updates, you can stop using our site (though we hope you’ll stick around!). Check back here now and then to stay in the loop.

10. Termination

We love having you here, but we reserve the right to suspend or block access to our site if someone’s breaking these rules. For example, if you’re using our tools for illegal stuff or trying to hack our site, we’ll have to say goodbye. We’ll try to warn you first if possible, but in serious cases, we might need to act fast to protect our community. You can stop using Themespanda anytime—no hard feelings! Just close your browser, and you’re good. If you’ve shared any data with us (like feedback), we’ll handle it according to our Privacy Policy. Let’s all keep things friendly and respectful so nobody has to get the boot!

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state where Themespanda is based (we’re keeping it vague since we’re a small team, but think U.S. jurisdiction). If there’s ever a dispute, we’ll handle it under those laws. We hope it never comes to that, though—let’s solve any issues with a quick chat instead! If you’re using our site from another country, you’re still responsible for following your local laws. For example, if your country has strict data privacy rules, make sure you’re complying with them while using our tools. We’re all about keeping things FAIR and straightforward, no matter where you’re browsing from.

12. Contact Us

Got questions about these terms? Need help with a tool? Just want to say hi? We’re here for you! Head to our contact page to drop us a message, or check our footer for social media links. We’re a small team, so it might take a day or two to reply, but we’ll get back to you with a smile. If you notice anything fishy on our site—like a bug or someone misusing our tools—please let us know ASAP. We want Themespanda to be a SAFE and awesome place for everyone. Thanks for taking the time to read through our Terms & Conditions. We know it’s not the most exciting page, but it’s important to keep things clear. Now go have fun with our tools and make something AMAZING! Last Updated: July 8, 2025
