1. Who’s Themespanda Anyway?
We’re Themespanda, a small gang of web nerds who love helping folks like you make AWESOME websites. We’ve got over 30 free tools to tackle everything from CSS animations to WordPress tweaks. Our site’s rocking that coral-and-white look (you know, that FF6F61 vibe that pops), and we’re all about keeping things fun and easy. I’m imagining you using our CSS Clip-Path Generator to make a sick header for your blog—that’s the kind of stuff we live for! This disclaimer’s for anyone using our site, whether you’re a coder, a blogger, or just messing around. Our tools are here to make your life simpler, but they’re not perfect, and we wanna be straight-up about what they can do. Think of this as the “here’s what’s up” guide to keep things FAIR and clear.
2. Our Tools Are “As Is”
We’ve put a ton of heart into our tools, but they’re served up “as is.” That’s just a fancy way of saying they might not work like a charm every single time. Like, I was helping a pal clean up their site’s code with our HTML Tag Cleaner, and it shaved off hours of work, but it didn’t catch one weird tag we had to fix manually. You gotta check the results to make sure they fit your project. We can’t pinky-promise our tools will be up 24/7 or totally glitch-free. Sometimes our servers need a quick snooze, or we’re tinkering to make stuff better. If our Tailwind Class Sorter takes a coffee break, we’ll hustle to fix it, but we’re not on the hook if it messes with your day. Keep a backup of your work, and you’ll be CHILL.
3. No Big Promises Here
In legal talk, we don’t offer any warranties—fancy or not. That means we can’t guarantee our tools will always nail it or work for every single thing you’re trying to do. For example, our Page Load Time Estimator is super handy for guessing how fast your site runs (I used it to speed up a buddy’s blog last month), but it’s not a magic crystal ball. If your site’s still sluggish, we’re not responsible. We also don’t promise our tools are perfect for every job. If you’re using our Color Vibe Detector to pick a palette for a client’s site, that’s dope, but make sure it matches their vibe—we can’t take the heat if they’re not into your color choices. Our tools are here to give you a boost, but you’ve gotta make sure they’re the right fit for your gig. We’re a small crew trying to do RAD stuff, so we hope you get why we’ve got these limits. Our goal’s to make your web work easier, not add drama!
4. We’re Not on the Hook for Bumps
We love that you’re using our tools to make cool stuff, but we can’t take the blame if things go wonky. Say you’re using our CSS Z-Index Visualizer to sort out a layering mess, and your button still hides behind a div. That’s a bummer, but we’re not liable for lost time or cash. Same goes if your computer flips out or you lose data while using our site (fingers crossed that never happens!). In legal terms, our liability’s capped as much as the law lets us. That means we’re not responsible for any damages—big, small, or in-between. If you use our Dark Mode Checker and your site’s dark mode looks off, we’ll feel for you, but we can’t cover any losses. Test your work and keep backups to stay SAFE. We’re like your friend tossing you a wrench, not a full-on mechanic. You’re in charge of making sure your project runs smooth.
5. You’re Calling the Shots
When you use Themespanda, you’re the boss. That means you’re responsible for how you use our tools and what you do with the results. For example, if you use our Text-to-ALT Description Generator to make ALT text for your images, that’s awesome, but double-check it fits your site. I used it for a friend’s travel blog, and it was a time-saver, but I tweaked a few descriptions to match their style. We ask you to use our tools for GOOD vibes only. Don’t use them for anything sketchy, like making spammy content or messing with other people’s sites. If you’re using our WordPress Meta Title Checker to optimize titles, that’s great, but don’t go overboard with keyword stuffing. Keep it real, and we’re all COOL. Also, make sure you’re following any laws that apply to you, like data privacy stuff in your country. We’re not lawyers, so we can’t give legal advice, but we trust you to keep things legit.
6. Third-Party Links and Goodies
Sometimes we toss in links to other sites, like a blog about web design hacks or a tool we think is dope. Those are just for your convenience, but we don’t run those sites, so we’re not responsible for what’s there. If you click a link and end up somewhere odd, that’s not on us—trust your gut! Some of our tools, like the WordPress Slug Generator or Tailwind Alert Box Creator, work with platforms like WordPress or Tailwind CSS. We try to make sure they play nice, but we don’t control those platforms. If WordPress drops a big update and our tool needs a quick fix, we’ll jump on it. I had to tweak a client’s site after a WordPress update, and our slug generator still saved the day! If you spot a broken link or a third-party service acting weird, give us a yell, and we’ll check it out. We want your experience to be TIGHT.
7. Info’s Not Always Spot-On
We bust our butts to make our tools and site accurate, but we’re not perfect (nobody is!). The results from our tools—like the Blog Post Age Calculator or Fluffy Word Counter—are meant to help, not be the final say. I used our Blog Title Realness Checker to punch up a headline for a pal’s site, and it gave solid ideas, but I still had to make sure it fit their vibe. We’re not responsible if our tools’ output isn’t perfect or doesn’t quite hit the mark. If you’re using our Layout Width Calculator for a responsive design, test the results to make sure they work for your site. We’re here to point you in the right direction, not guarantee every pixel’s PERFECT. If something’s funky with our tools or content, hit us up! We’re always tweaking to make things better.
8. We’re Not Your Lawyer or Tech Wizard
Our tools are great for web design and development, but they’re not a stand-in for pro advice. For example, our H1 Duplication Checker is awesome for catching SEO issues, but it’s not the same as hiring an SEO guru. If you need legal, financial, or tech advice for your project, talk to an expert. We’re not offering professional services—just handy tools to get stuff done. If you’re using our Preloader Timer Simulator to test a loading animation, that’s cool, but don’t lean on it as your only performance check. Use our tools as a starting point, and call in the pros if you need ‘em. We’re like your buddy who’s decent at web stuff, not a full-on consultant. Keep that in mind, and you’ll be SOLID.
9. Updates to This Disclaimer
The web’s always changing, and sometimes we gotta update this disclaimer to keep up. If we make changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last Updated” date below. We’ll try to give you a heads-up for big changes, like a note on our site or an email if you’re on our list. If you keep using Themespanda after we post changes, you’re down with the new disclaimer. Not cool with it? You can bounce (though we’d miss you!). Check back here every now and then to stay in the KNOW.
10. What Our Tools Are All About
Just to give you a taste of what we’ve got, our 30+ tools are split into five categories to make your web work easier. Our CSS & Animation Tools are the fan-favorites, like the CSS Clip-Path Generator for making sweet shapes (I used it to spice up a client’s portfolio header, and they were over the moon). The CSS Animation Time Visualizer helps you nail smooth transitions, while the CSS Z-Index Visualizer, CSS Class Unroller, Emoji-to-CSS Class Mapper, and CSS Icon Pack Name Checker make styling a snap. Our WordPress Tools, like the WordPress Slug Generator and WordPress Meta Title Checker, help with SEO, while the Blog Post Age Calculator and Blog Title Realness Checker keep your content fresh. HTML & Layout Tools, like the HTML Tag Counter, HTML Tag Cleaner, HTML Div Layer Counter, H1 Duplication Checker, and Layout Width Calculator, keep your code clean. Tailwind CSS Tools, like the Tailwind Alert Box Creator, Tailwind Typography Test Pad, and Tailwind Class Sorter, make Tailwind a breeze. And our Design & Testing Tools, like the Button Spacing Comparator, Pixel Gap Tester, Mobile View Cropper, Dark Mode Checker, Line Height Tester, Color Vibe Detector, Page Load Time Estimator, Preloader Timer Simulator, Text-to-ALT Description Generator, Fluffy Word Counter, and Font Awesome to Unicode Converter, help you nail the details. These tools are free, but they come with the same “as is” deal. Use them to make awesome stuff, but check the results to make sure they’re right for you!

We’re a small crew, so it might take a hot minute to reply, but we’ll get back with a big grin. Notice a bug or something weird on our site? Give us a heads-up pronto—we want Themespanda to be a RELIABLE spot for your projects. Thanks for slogging through this disclaimer. It’s not the most fun read, but it keeps things straight.
